Classification and Application of Enamelled Wire

Types of enameled wire:
1 Acetal enameled wire: thermal conductive i05 and 120, with good mechanical strength, adhesion, resistance to transformer oil and refrigerant. However, this product has defects such as poor moisture resistance, low thermal softening breakdown temperature, and weak durability of benzene alcohol mixed solvents. Currently, it is only used in a small amount for oil-immersed transformers and oil-filled motor windings.
2 Polyester and modified polyester enameled wire, ordinary polyester enameled wire: heating capacity of 130 levels, modified enameled wire heating capacity of 155 levels. This product has high mechanical strength and good elasticity, scratch resistance, adhesion, electrical performance, and solvent resistance. It is the largest variety in China, accounting for about two-thirds. It is widely used in various motors, appliances, instruments, telecommunications equipment, and home appliances. The weakness of this product is poor heat shock resistance and low moisture resistance.
3 Polyurethane enameled wire: with a thermal rating of 130155180200, the biggest feature is its direct welding, high frequency resistance, easy coloring, and good moisture resistance. It is widely used in electronic appliances and precision instruments. The weakness of this product is poor mechanical strength, low heat resistance, and poor flexibility and adhesion in producing large-sized assembly lines. Therefore, the product specifications are mostly small, medium, and micro assembly lines.
4 Polyester imide/polyamide composite enameled wire: thermal grade 180. This product has good thermal shock resistance, high softening resistance, breakdown temperature resistance, excellent mechanical strength, solvent resistance, and refrigerant resistance. Its weakness is that it is easy to hydrolyze under closed conditions, and is widely used in windings such as motors, appliances, instruments, and power tools with high heat requirements.
5 Polyester Imide/polyamide Imide composite layer enamelled wire: its calorific value is 200, the product has high heat resistance, and also has the characteristics of resistance to heating agent, cold resistance, radiation resistance, high mechanical strength, good electrical stability, good resistance to chemicals and refrigerants, and strong overload capacity. Widely used in refrigerator compressors, air conditioning compressors, electric tools, explosion-proof motors, and motors and appliances that are resistant to high temperature, cold, radiation, overload, and other conditions.
